Cambridge Road Vineyard is a small, 5.5 acre estate in the esteemed Martinborough Terrace Appellation.
Lance Redgewell and his family are the newest stewards of this vineyard, which was first planted in Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes in 1986; previously known as the Fraser Block. The vines are amongst the oldest in the country and Cambridge Road Vineyard continue their management with love and pride.
Lance says,"For us, small means beautiful. We focus our time and energy on perfecting and beautifying our land and cultivate it according to natural biodynamic principles. Our commitment is to making fine, handcrafted wines through meticulous viticulture and traditional winemaking techniques."

Designed for relaxed Summer drinking, chill and enjoy with light Summer fare. We've taken a major component and picked it early for freshness and modest alcohol, then given it a very short soak with skins so as to moderate tannin extraction. The resulting wine is fresh and crunchy as desired with a feel reminiscent of freshly picked berries.
