Wine Insight
Parés Baltà has always been a small family winery linked from its origins since 1790 to viticulture and agriculture, in which all its members are involved (Cusiné family). Along with tradition and quality, the environmentally friendly cultivation of vineyards is one of the main hallmarks of Parés Baltà.
They work their vineyards in Penedés, Spain, with biodynamic viticulture, a type of agriculture that goes one step beyond ecological: They promote biodiversity, they use plants that heal plants, and create the perfect conditions for nature to decide at all times. All of the wines are certified organic and biodynamic vineyards (Demeter).
Vivid red color. Intense nose, lots of lovely red fruit, and a slight floral touch. Vibrant, electric, energetic, refreshing, and fruity in the final step. It has an acidity that doesn’t leave indifferent, at the same time it does it with character, with some tannins present, but instead little alcoholic graduation makes a result very refreshing and pleasant.
