An exciting and small side project by Florian Moll (Enderle & Moll) and his partner Géraldine .
Since 2018 we have been producing natural sparkling wines (PetNats) under the name [trub: stoff], for which we use the same grape material as for our Enderle & Moll wines. So far there have been two different PetNats from 2018 and 2019 ("Propeller" and "Troubadour"), but this year there will be a Rosé variant. Florian Moll
Since the base wines for the Petnats are processed in a similar way to the natural wines from Enderle & Moll and no sulfur is used, the sparkling wines continue to develop for months on the bottle and "keep moving"!
