Wine Insight
Celler Tuets is a small family winery in Aiguamurcia, a small village situated in the Alt Camp area in the province of Tarragona. The creator of the wines is Albert Domingo, a passionate and enthusiastic young winemaker, whom together with his father work the family estate, 70 hectares of land which have been in the family’s hand over six generations, of those, 22 ha are planted with vines on predominately calcareous soils at an altitude between 500 – 600 meters above sea level. The wines are organically farmed using biodynamic principles of which Albert is very fond of. They have been practising organic farming for a long time and since a few years the farm has been fully certified organic. Albert’s philosophy is zero intervention, manual harvest, all the wines are vinified in stainless steel vats, fermented with natural yeasts, no finning, stabilisation or filtering and sulphite and additive free.
The Tuets Tot Blanc is made from a blend of all the white varieties of the winery, with its own yeasts, 3262 bottles were made.
This cuvee showcases a pale yellow colour showing some cloudiness, notes of ripe tropical fruit, pineapple and mango. Creamy and soft-textured, volume, aniseed tones and a pleasantly bitter touch towards the end. Suitable for Vegans
