After starting their winemaking work with James Erskine of Jauma, now Alicia and Mark have well and truly built their own reputation with Borachio, sourcing organic grapes from Mount Compass and Mount Torrens in South Australia to make light, playful wines with a cheeky soul. Zero additives and zero fuss.
"A 100% whole bunch Sangiovese, bright and clear with a nose of blue fruits (blueberries) and underlying barnyard (yeast) thing going on. Pretty and light, with cracking acidity to keep things fresh and you powered up for your night on the town."
